The name Reverie invokes a dreamlike state. Discover a world where ornament is celebrated, colour is embraced, and beauty exists in the unexpected. Reverie is a major group exhibition that brings together local and national designers, makers and artists in a theatrical environment in Fremantle’s historic Naval Store. The show is curated and designed by interior designer and editorial stylist Jessica Rayment (Jessica Alice Design), a self-described maximalist whose work rejects the ‘white box’ uniformity of contemporary interiors in favour of richly layered colour, texture and form.
Jessica explores a playful dialogue between old and new; rich timbers and nostalgic florals; polished steel and sculptural shapes.
