The Button Stool is a bright, fun, unique re-imagining of my IDEA-award winning Button Stool design. Originally made from hard rubbish, this prototype design is instead constructed from well established industry materials like powder coated steel, aniline leather and hand-dyed danish cord. Instead of using harmful upholstery standards like plastic foams and brightly-coloured plastic cord, I’ve instead opted for sustainable alternatives like recycled cotton yarn and natural rubber latex foam.
